BitTicket Blockchain

Ethereum Virtual Machine

FAQs

What's a blockchain?

A blockchain is a database of transactions shared amongst a network of computers. Every computer, or node, must agree on a common history - providing trust by design.

Is this Ethereum (ETH) or Ethereum Classic (ETC)?

The BitTicket® blockchain is an entirely seperate chain from ETH and ETC, but is based on the Ethereum Virtual Machine as defined in the Ethereum whitepaper. We have no tradeable currency or tokens.

Can I join?

If you have a supported operating system, you can download a node and sync the BitTicket blockchain.

How can I send transactions?

You must use our API, or be granted a Minter status to deliver tickets (send transactions) on the BitTicket Blockchain. Read the API for more information.
